Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by our Customer Service after placing order and customer will be notified by email. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Our products are shipped using the following carriers: 

 1- Via Express Door to Door Shipping Service.
 2- Via Air Freight.

Via Express Shipping: The Express Door to Door Shipping Service is very safe. It takes around 3-7 work days.

Via Air Freight Shipping: It’s very safe and the customer can track the shipment via Internet. The package arrives at the airport of the nearest city which has a customs department. The Shipping via Air Freight will be done by Airlines. There is an Air Waybill as a receipt of this method.

If there is a problem with receiving the order, we will check the matter from our side and also, customer should check from his side.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is trackable via Internet.

We check the address of the customer before sending the order. If the address of the customer is not correct and the parcel is sent back, we will charge the customer for resending the order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Persian Arts Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Persian Arts Gallery is not liable for any products damage or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
